PACKAGING

You will receive your order always well protected, in a cardboard box or wrapped in a bubble. Inside the box you will find your order, protected by more bubbles, wrapped in our corporate tissue paper. If your order is a gift, you only have to indicate it at the end of the purchase process and, if you want, we can include a personalized message written by hand. In addition, with all our pieces we deliver a felt bag, perfect so that you can keep them protected. They are perfect to carry your travel pieces afterwards.

ORDERS

Our orders are sent through the courier company Mail Boxes. As a general rule, orders are sent from Monday to Friday. Those made before 5:00 p.m. will be sent that same day as long as the payment has been verified, if it has not been possible, they will be sent without delay to the next day. All our pieces are made by hand, we do not produce on a large scale, but they are very limited series, and in many cases unique pieces. For this reason, and although it is not usual, it is possible that at some point we may run out of stock of a product. If this happens, we will notify you immediately, but we will need a period of up to 30 calendar days to replace it and send it. Of course, as soon as we have the product, and as soon as possible within the aforementioned period, we will send it to you so you can enjoy it as soon as possible. In addition, if you do not want to wait for the maximum period of 30 calendar days, we will provide you with information about other substitute products of quality and value equal to or greater than the one you had chosen. If you do not want to wait and none of the substitute products satisfies you, we will reimburse you for any amount you may have paid. For this reason, we recommend you to be a little forward looking with your purchases and if you need something urgently, get in touch with us before making your purchase.

SHIPPING PROCESS

The order is delivered to the courier company once it has been verified that the effective execution of the payment has been executed correctly. When the payment has been verified, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your shipment on the Envialia website and be aware of the arrival of the package. Since the product is delivered to the courier company, the period between placing the order and the delivery date under normal conditions will be: - National Peninsula: 24 - 48 hours - Canary Islands and Balearic Islands: 48 - 72 hours - European Union: 24 - 48 hours - United States, Canada, Mexico, Rest of Europe: 48 - 72 hours - Other Countries: 3 - 6 Business Days   Some considerations to take into account: Orders are sent from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends, from Friday night and throughout Sunday will be sent on Monday of the following week. Holidays and non-business days are not shipped. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday
The delivery address changes once the shipment of the order has been notified will be charged as a new shipment.
Please make sure that there is someone to receive the package at the indicated delivery address.
If when you place the order you see that the address is wrong write us as soon as possible so that we can correct it before sending.

Orders delivered to countries outside the EC fiscal area do not have VAT (ES Tax) charged on them. Please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which LAURA JORGE JOYAS will not accept liability.

DELIVERY

Notwithstanding the provisions of the clause regarding the availability of the products and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, we will try to send the order before the delivery date shown in the Order Confirmation in question. These terms can be extended up to 30 days for some of the following reasons: Product sold out in stock. Personalization of the products. Special items Unforeseen circumstances not attributable to LAURA JORGE If for some reason we could not meet the delivery date, we are committed to contact the Customer as soon as possible (from the date you placed the order) and we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with the total refund of the amount paid. Keep in mind, in any case, that home deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" has taken place or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires the material possession of the package, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address. Therefore, we recommend that you always check that the address you provide is correct. If a shipment has been delivered, but you do not have it, the responsibility is yours.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

The Client agrees that you or a third party indicated by you are at the address indicated to receive the package. In case of not being at the address indicated the first time, the carrier will insist up to three times. If it is impossible to make the delivery of your order, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Likewise, LAURA JORGE will contact you explaining where your order is located and how to make it be sent to you again. The additional expenses derived from the impossibility to make the delivery for having provided an incorrect delivery address, telephone and / or incorrect contact email, or for repeated absence of the recipient or for not withdrawing from the carrier's warehouse its package after the term that each Transport mark according to your conditions, will be borne by the buyer. Please bear in mind that the transport derived from the termination of the Contract has an additional cost, for which we will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs.

TRANSMISSION OF RISK AND PROPERTY

The risks of the products will be borne by the customer from the moment of delivery. The client will acquire ownership of the products when LAURA JORGE JOYAS receives full payment of all amounts owed in relation to them, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery (according to the definition contained in the previous clause). ), if it took place at a later time.
